I’m looking at RMC as a bit of a hybrid in terms of a traditional meeting planning company. RMC knows some of the ins and outs that we on the corporate side may not know. It’s an alternative to outsourcing and it is augmenting our resources.

Even though I have been a professional meeting planner for a number of years, the RMC has saved me so much time that it frees me up to concentrate on other meeting priorities. I was also elated when they were able to get me better group room rates because of their buying power. They are truly my right-arm.

As someone who is an association volunteer with a full-time “real job”, you made the process of finding, visiting, selecting, and negotiating properties for our annual convention a breeze. I couldn’t have done it without you!

RMC has been an asset to my team. Their incredible attention to detail and ability to find the best fit for my organization's needs has proved invaluable in our venue searches. When issues arise I know I can always count on RMC to fight in our corner, helping settle disputes and acting as an incredible mediator when issues arise.

Having RMC meant I could put more work into the off-site parties so these will be truly unforgettable experiences for our attendees. The [hotel] contracts are, by far, some of the best agreements I have ever been able to present to our organization.

RMC always responded quicker and provided more hotel options than we had received for the same cities in the past. Since then, RMC continues to manage the planning of 15-20 [training] classes per year.

I would highly recommend RMC's services to any organization who is involved in site selection or procurement. The service is outstanding and they literally saves days of time spent contacting the properties on our own and I feel like we get a very good deal in the end.

RMC understands our needs, makes suggestions, and matches us to places that have been a perfect fit. They are also is able to negotiate better room rates and perks than we could have and that allows for savings for both us and our attendees. They are responsive and is available to assist even after the contract is signed and our meeting needs evolve.

I have been working with RMC since they were founded in 1996. They are one of the premier resources for corporations, associations, and others that plan meetings and conventions throughout the world. They truly do an excellent job in finding the BEST room rates and offering unbeatable concessions for their clients. They are dedicated, committed, and devoted to their customers and it shows. Working with them here at Associated Luxury Hotels International has been an absolute pleasure. I go above and beyond for RMC.

RMC saved me countless hours of time and our organization many thousands of dollars by streamlining our hotel selection process. My experience with RMC was so positive that I have continued to work with them after I completed my term with NASMD. I would recommend RMC without reservation.
